Pricing questions.
Every time DemoIt processes a recording, the length of that video is deducted from your AI minute balance. A 3-minute recording uses 3 AI minutes. Re-processing the same recording (changing the voice, regenerating the script, swapping the avatar) consumes additional minutes.
On Pro and Business, you can keep processing recordings — extra usage is billed at the top-up rate ($0.50/min on Pro, $0.40/min on Business). On Free, processing pauses until your monthly allowance resets or you upgrade.
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your account settings at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and your AI minute balance is refreshed to the new plan’s allocation; downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period.
Every account gets 14 days to explore the product. The Free plan itself never expires — you can stay on it as long as you like with the included 10 AI minutes per month.

We offer refunds within 14 days of purchase if you haven’t used a meaningful share of your AI minutes. Email support@demoit.ai and we’ll take care of you.
